As I've been daydreaming of pumpkin pie and turkey lately, I've also found myself reflecting back on the many things in my life I'm thankful for. My actual "thankful" list is much longer than there is room for here on this blog so I'm sticking with just a few of my top items...
My fabulous colleagues - We have a great bunch of people working here at inContact, all of whom are dedicated to driving great customer experiences for our customers. We work hard and we play hard, and in the end, have a lot of fun together. (And if you want to join our amazing team, you can check out our job openings here.)
Strengthened market position - We continue to solidify our market leadership position, and our announcements this year of our partnerships with Siemens Enterprise Communications and Verizon certainly illustrate that inContact is leading the cloud contact center market.
Our amazing customers - I've had the pleasure of participating in several of our Problem Solved Tour stops this year, and had the opportunity to spend time with many of our customers around the country. All I can say is, "wow". We have some of the most amazing, brilliant, kind and innovative customers on the planet - and we are very thankful for their ongoing support of inContact. I was also able to meet a lot of our customers at our annual user conference (ICUC) in September, and it was really wonderful to hear all of the great things they are doing to drive their contact centers forward.
You - we've heard some fabulous insights and information through the comments section of this blog this year - I'd like to thank all of you for your contribution, readership and support.
