Having a front row seat for the first-ever Mojo Awards was one of my personal highlights from last year’s ICUC. I’m sure it was even more fun for our winners when they heard their names announced for excellence in categories such as Technovation and Global Cloud Citizen. The latter went to Ray Valentine (pictured center), Chief Technology Officer of KM2 Solutions who accepted the Mojo award from NICE's Durinda Biesman (left) SVP of Customer Experience, and Bassam Salem (right) Chief Business Officer. NICE customers who were present also shared that hearing the Mojo Award winners’ stories and how far they have come was both inspiring and motivating.
This year, we are happy to open Mojo Award nominations to the entire NICE community. Consider nominating an NICE customer in one or more of the Mojo Award categories. Take a moment and think about where your company shines most. Do you have a culture of giving back to your community? Maybe you are a good fit for our Outstanding Corporate Citizen award. Are you consistently improving your processes to stay laser-focused on your customers? You could be our Customer First winner.

Winning a Mojo Award is a great opportunity for you to gain recognition among peers. You also receive the opportunity to mention the award on your website and in press materials. But most importantly, NICE enjoys the opportunity to shine the spotlight on our innovative customers who are raising the bar for the entire industry.

- World Class Advocate
