ICUC 2010- Tuesday Recap

We kicked off a beautiful morning in Salt Lake City with our CEO Paul Jarman addressing the great attendees of the conference about some of the latest company developments and the company's vision for the contact center of the future. Looking toward the future is more important now than ever, as Paul pointed out, "the next five years will bring more market changes than we've seen in the past fifteen". He went on to cover the innovations NICE CXone has planned to meet the ever evolving needs of contact centers.

The audience then laughed and learned with Chip Bell. Chip is the founder of the Chip Bell Group with a specialty in helping organizations develop a cult-like following that creates dramatic business growth even in challenging economic times.  He had amazing insights into delighting your customers by understanding, including, teaching, protecting and surprising them. As he pointed out, "If you only focus on added value you're going to run out of room. Look at value-nique."

Following the great keynote sessions, we jumped into an afternoon packed with fantastic breakout sessions, including:

-Dialers: Customer Strategies that Work

-Customer Feedback: Ultimate Customer Retention Tool

-Talent Management: Building an Empowered Workforce

-And others

Meanwhile, the Solutions Lounge was open for hands-on product demos and support from our professional services team. It was a great place to network and strategize with customers and the NICE CXone staff.

After an insightful and educational day, it was time to relax.  We ended the night with a Partner Appreciation Night at Keys on Main, a local dueling piano establishment.  There we experienced some great food with some great company.  We'd like to thank Verint, Listen Up Espanol, Simplify, Siemens, Astadia, Language Services and Gryphon for sponsoring the event.
