ICUC 2014 was another record event for us with over 700 attendees this year! For the first time, we held a Selfie Contest and had over 50 great submissions. Every year, our customers tell us how valuable the ICUC trainings and workshops are. They really enjoy hearing from NICE experts as well as how other customers are innovating and developing creative solutions to contact center problems. Here is a great selfie from one of the sessions!
