NICE CXone at Enterprise Connect 2015

Enterprise Connect is one of the top technology industry events of the year and NICE CXone is proud to participate as a Platinum Sponsor. The theme for 2015 is "Communications Transforming Business," and we will discuss how improving communication processes and technologies in your call center are critical to the happiness of your customers and success of your organization.

If you are attending #EC15 and would like to see a demonstration of the NICE CXone platform, please visit us at booth 201 or schedule a demo before you arrive. You can also win great prizes like a GoPro Hero4 camera just for stopping by the booth!

In addition to our booth, NICE CXone’s Madelyn Gengelbach, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, will speak at two sessions.

Session #1

Speaker: Madelyn Gengelbach, VP of Integrated Marketing

Title: Customer Expectations in the Multi-Channel World

Date: Tuesday, March 17th

Time: 5:30p-5:50p

Location: Education Theatre

Synopsis: Join us as we share hot-off-the press research that sheds light on customer behavior and expectations for multi-channel communication. Early this year NICE CXone commissioned a research study with Harris Interactive in both the US and the UK. Harris spoke with thousands of people, collecting information on how customers are interacting with companies; how they feel about the service they’re receiving in different channels, and their expectations. We’ll wrap Harris' findings with a few ideas on how contact centers can respond to these demands and build lasting, profitable relationships with customers.

Session #2

Panelist: Madelyn Gengelbach, VP of Integrated Marketing

Topic: Improving the Contact Center Agent Experience

Date: Wednesday, March 18th

Time: 1:30p-2:15p

Location: Sun D

Synopsis: It's time to turn our attention to the Agent Experience employees who spend their entire work life sitting in front of screens, trying to find the right information to handle customer queries in realtime! WebRTC, video and APIs that embed agent controls in CRM applications are some of the technologies being used to upgrade the agent experience.

We hope to see you there!
