Gone are the days of submitting a Product Enhancement Request to your technical representative and wondering what is going on with it. With IdeaConneXion you'll be able to submit your own request where it will be shared with other customers to vote and comment, search and weigh in on other customers' submissions, and view the current status of every suggestion. We will be using Salesforce Ideas to power this functionality.
Ideas will also be indexed for searching along with Knowledge Base articles, help documentation, and discussions within the Community. That means the when you search for something, you'll get any related product Ideas included in your results. This indexed searching is much more powerful that what you'll find in any other help resource. All the more reason to join the Community!
All Community members are able to review and submit Ideas. To become a member, follow the registration link below. You'll first be asked to validate your Central credentials. Second, you will create your Community log in. If you are already a NICE inContact Support Site user, those credentials will also serve as your Community log in. If you are not a Support Site user, you'll be able to create your own log in for the Community.
Community members will continue to receive the regular benefits including connecting, collaborating, and sharing knowledge with peers, accessing the latest product documentation and Knowledge Base articles in one search, and registering for customer events.
