Based on preliminary, unaudited financial results, the Company expects to report total third quarter 2015 consolidated revenue of approximately $55.5 million, up 26% year over year. The Company expects to report software revenues of approximately $36.5 million, up 39% year over year, for the quarter. The Company expects to report an increase in Annualized Monthly Recurring Software Revenue
of approximately 49%, year over year, for the quarter.
