About Praful

Praful Singhal heads the DEVone CXexchange program and manages 100+ partners in the ecosystem at NICE. He has more than 12 years of experience in strategy consulting, partnerships, corporate development, product innovation and business development. Praful specializes in developing go-to market strategy, partnership programs and new processes. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Southern California and recently completed Executive Leadership program at the University of Utah.
