Get Recognized! Submit Your Company to the NICE inContact CX Excellence Awards

NICE inContact customers are known for their innovation and excellence in providing extraordinary customer experiences. That’s why we’ll again be recognizing our customers’ outstanding achievements at Interactions 2018 with the NICE inContact CX Excellence Awards.

We’re looking for candidates now and are calling for submission now through March 1, 2018. You can get a complimentary conference pass just for making a submission.

Celebrating achievement using NICE inContact solutions

With the NICE inContact CX Excellence Awards we celebrate and honor organizations that use NICE inContact products and services in especially creative, innovative ways to drive performance and provide outstanding customer experiences. Theses awards are some of the things we look forward to most at the annual conference!

NICE inContact CX Excellence Awards will be made in five categories:

  • Best Cloud Implementation
  • Best Customer Experience
  • Best Employee Engagement
  • Best Business Impact
  • Rookie of the Year

Those selected to receive awards will receive:

  • 10 passes to Interactions 2019.
  • Three nights’ free hotel lodging during Interactions 2018.
  • Recognition and trophy at the awards luncheon.

Deadline for submission is March 1, 2018, and those selected for awards will be notified by March 30, 2018.
