To kick-off ICUC, attend the Technical Training sessions on Tuesday, October 11th. Technical training and skills building includes in-depth, hands-on sessions that will enhance your knowledge of the inContact platform and solutions. These sessions are designed to meet the needs of those in specific contact center roles and their special areas of interest. Do you have questions around processes or solutions for your contact center? Meet our experts in the Solutions Lounge for one-on-one discussions and networking. 4. User Experience Lab
We continually look for feedback to improve our solutions to help you define and enhance the user experience. Who better to actually test-drive new features and improvements than our customers? This year at ICUC, we encourage you to participate in our User Experience Lab on Next Generation Agent’s (NGA) software functionality.
You will work with our UX team to provide feedback on different customer interfaces, including our new agent and supervisor features, which will help determine the direction for what’s coming in the future. On Thursday, October 13th, we will honor and celebrate excellence with our customers. During the awards luncheon, we’ll shine a light on the winners’ “above-and-beyond” commitment to providing superior contact center experiences to their customers.
