Out of dozens of conferences and events, arguably the hottest ticket in technology is Dreamforce 2013. Sure it’s a party—they even have a campground (nod to Burning Man…) but the bottom line is that Salesforce has become the most influential cloud platform in the business world.
Who doesn’t need CRM? And if you already have the technology, then you’ll want to get the most from it.
inContact will be there with lots of activities to show how we help put the R in CRM. This is our 5th year at Dreamforce, and our partnership with Salesforce gets stronger every year—not only with our out-of-the-box integration for contact centers, but also our new Agent Console for SFDC. We have been invited this year to be part of the Service Cloud Demo which will be in the campground at Moscone North. (I wonder if there will be s’mores?)
Our new Personal Connection Outbound Solution works hand in hand with Salesforce to enhance the effectiveness of your outbound campaign and proactive communications with customers. At the inContact booth, we’ll be playing the 3-second mystery game to show how Personal Connection represents a major breakthrough in dialing technology. Check out the video.
